Please be advised that from May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/ 46/WE (abbreviated GDPR). Therefore, it is necessary to consent to the processing of personal data (these include, among others, name and surname, date of birth, place of residence, e-mail address, contact telephone number, education and previous employment).

The Co-administrators of your personal data provided in the form and in the submitted documents are Pretius sp. z o.o. in Warsaw and Pretius Low Code sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. In matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights under the GDPR, you can contact the Co-administrators by sending a message to the following address: rodo@pretius.com.

Personal data will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process for the position you applied for, and in the event of consent to participate in future recruitments, also in future contact in order to establish cooperation. The processing of the provided personal data takes place in order to carry out the current recruitment procedure pursuant to art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data beyond the scope indicated in art. 22(1) of the Labor Code are processed on the basis of consent expressed through the act of applying for a given position (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). In addition, the data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Co-administrators consisting in the right to defend against any claims of candidates in connection with discrimination in employment. The processing of personal data in order to establish cooperation in the future is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Providing the data specified in art. 22(1) of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process in the case of employment under an employment contract. In the remaining scope, providing data is voluntary.

You have the right to request from the Co-administrators access to your personal data, correction, deletion or limitation, processing, objection to processing, data transfer, and the right to submit a statement of withdrawal of consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data will be processed no longer than the period of limitation of claims arising from the provisions on discrimination in employment. If you consent to the processing of personal data also in future recruitments, the data will be processed for a period of 2 years.

Your data may be processed by entities supporting the Co-administrators in running their business and providing services, such as IT solution providers and entities processing data on behalf of and for the Co-administrators on the basis of significant data processing agreements.

Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.

You have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of data by the Co-administrators to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
