T-Mobile is one of the largest mobile phone operators in Poland, serving 11 million clients, and one of the reasons for that are attractive hardware offers. For things to stay that way, however, the company needed to be able to quickly adjust prices based on the situation on the market and also allow its employees easy access to important information (like the availability of a given smartphone in T-Mobile’s hardware stock). Since T-Mobile’s old software didn’t fully meet those requirements, it was decided a new procurement system is needed.
