We continue exploring the APEX interface. Adam Kierzkowski practically explains what SQL is and how to use the SQL Developer tool to communicate with the database.

Building pages with blocks - Page Designer

We finish exploring the most important parts of the Oracle APEX interface and spend more time on the App Builder. Using it, specifically the Page Designer, Adam Kierzkowski shows how to create and edit pages in your application – using buttons, forms, and other semi-prepared components.

We build a database model using Quick SQL

Thanks to the previous episodes, we are already familiar with the Oracle APEX interface, so it's time to start building our sample application from scratch. Adam Kierzkowski shows step by step how to build the database model for the Fit Express app using Quick SQL.

We improve the finished Fit Express application

Adam showcases the changes he made to the application generated at the end of episode six. He presents the new app menu, pages with ingredients, and recipes. After a brief demonstration of the results, he explains how to achieve them and discusses the challenges he faced during development. He also shares several ideas for further app development and encourages viewers to continue expanding it.

This is the final episode in the Oracle APEX course series. In it, Adam Kierzkowski summarizes what viewers have learned during the course and what their next steps should be if they want to grow as APEX developers.

He also shares tips on PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We’ll also learn what to do if we can’t find a needed component in APEX.
