Pretius started 2026 with a huge change: three pre-existing companies that were part of our informal group—Pretius Software, Pretius Low-Code, and IN Team—officially became one entity with incomparably greater capabilities and scale. The merged organization is led by a new management board consisting of Przemysław Staniszewski (CEO), Kamil Rostkowski (COO), and Bartosz Zacharuk (CTIO).
The short answer is that we wanted to increase the competitiveness of our brand and offer our partners a comprehensive, diversified catalog of services: from custom software, through expert low-code development, cloud consulting, and AI tool implementation, to internal IT team expansion.
The longer answer, however, is that we notice the changes in the market, and we want to be at the forefront of this revolution. We see how in enterprise IT, too many resources (time, budget, workforce, etc.) are still consumed by the delivery process itself, instead of what truly matters—business results. We believe there’s a way around it, and we’ve been proving this for years, building critical systems for companies like Play, T-Mobile, and BNP Paribas.
The new and improved Pretius has over 300 specialists, 20 years of experience, and a single goal: IT that delivers real business value—quickly and without compromising quality.

The Pretius Low-Code and IN Team brands effectively ceased to exist at the end of December.
