Most of our employees can choose each day where they prefer to work. A large, comfortable Pretius office in the center of Warsaw? You’re welcome! Or maybe working from your home or any other place in the world? No problem – we have extensive experience with remote work. Both options, combined with flexible working hours, allow you to work the way you want.

Side projects – an antidote for boredom

At Pretius, we know that nothing kills people’s motivation to work quite as effectively as monotony.

We try to occasionally pull our employees away from their main projects and diversify their daily work with interesting side tasks. Sometimes it’s pure fun, like creating games in Roblox Studio. Other times, it’s developing tools we use ourselves, such as a feedback app. And sometimes, it’s contributing to useful open-source solutions that we share with the wider software developer community
