See who’s coming:

We have a distinctive approach to software development called “co-creation”. We frequently utilize it in low-code projects, but it can be adapted to various other scenarios. This model integrates our developers directly with your in-house team. Together, we design and develop the solution, fostering mutual learning and knowledge transfer (we have a long history with teaching about low-code at universities such as the WIT Academy and the Military University of Technology).
Our aim is rarely to simply deliver software – we want to find the best possible way to address the underlying business problem that prompted you to initiate an IT project.
Sometimes it means choosing different tools or frameworks (for example, opting for a flexible low-code platform with extremely good time-to-market). In other scenarios, we may propose a different architecture or technological approach for your software solution. One thing remains constant: we focus on your needs, not our convenience.

In our "co-creation" approach, our developers work directly with the client's in-house team to design and develop solutions together, fostering mutual learning and knowledge transfer.
Historically, it has worked best with low-code technologies because their nature supports easy knowledge transfer and the inclusion of non-technical people in the development process. However, it can be adapted to other circumstances.
It depends on the nature of the project and your ultimate aims. We’re always flexible and can provide more people whenever necessary. Also, note that co-creation is an option, not a necessity. The choice is entirely in your hands.
The biggest factor is probably the independence you gain due to the constant knowledge transfer during development. After the project ends, you can maintain or enhance the solution without outside help. Of course, we’ll be happy to continue helping you if you decide so (to cut the time-to-market, or for any other reason).
Yes, if that’s what you wish, we can maintain the solution we built together for you.
Yes, Pretius teaches Oracle APEX development at technical universities and has created a free YouTube course ("How to become a developer?" by Adam Kierzkowski). Our team members have also co-authored books and published tutorials, as well as recordings of conference presentations on our YouTube channel.
