Also, updating the old stack with new functionalities usually meant shutting down the whole system for a while. Such downtimes were unacceptable for the company that wanted to scale up quickly. T-Mobile decided to develop a new software solution for sales.

It replaced all 3 previously used systems, allowing sales consultants to access all needed information about their clients in one place. What’s more, the new CRM system is based on the state-of-the-art microservice architecture with 350 unique modules, making the maintenance and updates easier than ever before. The new software was developed by a team of 11 software architects, developers and testers, led by a project manager.
