With over 11 million users on board, T-Mobile is one of the largest mobile phone operators in Poland. The problem was that sales consultants at T-Mobile used 3 different CRM systems – which made the sales process unnecessarily complex and the onboarding of new employees longer than it should be. Also, updating the old stack with new functionalities usually meant shutting down the whole system for a while. Such downtimes were unacceptable for the company that wanted to scale up quickly. T-Mobile decided to develop a new software solution for sales.
